“Most books about writing are filled with bullshit.” – Stephen King, on writing
In my many years of reading and writing experience, I have found that Mr. Stephen King is right.
Before I experienced my first success as an author, I read hundreds of books on writing. It didn’t help. The more I read on the subject the farther I felt from the real truth, and the harder my writing seemed to come.
It took me years to discover on my own but hopefully I can spare you the headache and frustration on this matter. The truth is this: writing a book is an innate and spiritual art form designed to not only birth a book but to serve as a divine rite of passage for the author and their message.
Read that paragraph again.
If necessary, keep reading it over again and again until the core message sinks in, because it is the truth. As you begin to absorb it as your own divine truth things will finally begin to make sense – like why the idea of writing a book (no matter how much you may have continually avoided doing so) refuses to leave you. It also explains why at times words poured out of you effortlessly at a rapid rate. All of which leads us back to the same conclusion: you are meant to author books for a variety of far-reaching reasons.
So what do you do about it?

I get it. That statement might make it seem as if I am some sort of ego-maniac when I say that, but it is the truth. I’ve helped many, many others (here are some testimonials you can view to see for yourself) and my method can help you, too.
You’ve now got a personal guide, one who will lead you to your promised land as an author. I have devoted my entire life to seeking the truth about writing and I am anxious to share what I have learned with you!
“Even Stephen King could learn something about writing from Tom Bird.”
